The human body is about 70% water at least and our heart beats about 100,000 times everyday. The human brain is very complex and has over 100 billion cells and the eyes can distinguish millions of colors and many informations. The human lungs inhale over 2 million liters of air every day without knowing and our hear is sensitive and it can hear thousands of different sounds. When we smile we exercise at least 30 muscles and we do 100 billion nerve cells and when we touch something our signal sends messages to brain at 124mph and we have 600 muscles. A person has about 4-5 liters of body each day and we have about 24 ribs in each person. In humans, our right side of the brain controls the left side of the body and the left controls the right side of our body.
How To Keep Your Body Healthy!

Digestive System:
The Digestive System is really important to us because it helps break down the food we consume so our body can use them and build and nourish cells to provide energy for our body. The digestive organ is made of digestive tract which is a hallow organ joined in a long, twisting from the mouth to the anus. Our food has to be break down into smaller molecules in order for our blood to absorb them and for our cells to carried them to our body. If the Digestive System don't work and our food can't be break down we would have bacteria which will cause infections to our body. The organs are mouth, intestine, appendix, stomach, rectum, anus, large, small intestine and epiglottis. One of the common disease is Diarrhea. Diarrhea made be caused by a bacterial infection, food allergies, parasites, inflammatory bowel disease so on could be that factor to this diarrhea. Diarrhea are watery stool that lasts to a few days or it may be longer if its more serious. The symptoms are thirst, dry skin, lightheaded and fatigue.

Respiratory System: The Respiratory System function is to supply the blood with oxygen in order for all our body parts to get oxygen deliver there. This happen through breathing as we inhale oxygen and exhale carbon dioxide. This is achieved though the mouth, lungs, diaphragm and nose. The diagram helps pump the carbon dioxide out of the lungs and pulling the oxygen into the lungs. It is a muscle that is in the bottom of the chest cavity and it is when the diagram contracts and relaxes as we breathe. As the oxygen passes through the larynx and the trachea which is a tube that is enter through the chest cavity. The trachae is then spilt into 2 small tubes that are called bronchi and with each bronchi tubes it is divided agian and forming the bronchi again. This bronchi is then lead to the lungs and divided into more smaller tubes which is connect to the tiny sac. Then the inhaled oxygen pass through the alveolui and it is pour out and spread into the arterial blood. The waste of the rich blood from the veins release the carbon dioxide into the alveoli. The carbon dioxide follows the same path again on our lung when you exhale. The respirtory system is divided into the upper tract that consists of the nasal passages, larynx, pharynx and the lower tract that is composed of the trachea, the lungs and the bronchi. The organs are the lungs, bronchi, nose, alveoli, trachea, mouth and diaphragm. The disease for this allergic bronchopulmonary it is an allergic lung disorder. A lung infection can spread to other body parts. This is caused by an allergic reaction inhale AF and it can worsen if you have asthma. The inhaled AF causes inflammation of the lungs. This disease can increase asthma, sarcoidosis, cystic fibrosis and sarcoidosis. The symptoms are shortness of breath, chest pain, weakness and weight loss and the doctor will perform a physical exam to see if its anything bad or what. The respiratory systems works with the digestive, skeletal, circulatory and nervous system. The skeletal helps protect the lungs and the digestive helps nutrients the lungs. The circulatory helps keep the lungs healthy and clean and the muscular helps push the air.
Respiratory Tract
Circulatory System:
The Circulatory System controls the flow of the blood around the body and it is made up of vessels and muscles. The main parts of the system are heart, capillaries, veins and arteries. The blood leaves the heart from the left side ventricles goes into the aorta. The blood leaving the aorta is full of oxygen and the rich blood travels through the entire body in the arteries system into the small arterioles. The blood is travel through the veins and as it reaches the lungs the carbon dioxide is remove and replace with fresh oxygen that we inhaled through our lungs. The process is called circulation. The Circulatory System helps sends blood through the body organ that needs it. The organ are the heart, blood vessels and blood. The disease for this is anemia which is a disorder of blood. When the blood level in red blood cells and hemoglobin. When the body does not get the amount of oxygen it cause fatigue, irregular heartbeat, pale skin. The main cause are blood loss, abnormally low RBC and high RBC destruction. The symptoms includes chest pain, dizziness, coldness, tiredness, feeling faint and shortness of break. A exam will be done by the doctor to check your body and look if theirs any serious problem. The circulatory works with the respiratory because they exchange gas.
Nervous System:
The Nervous System main job is to send out signals though the body from the brain. the human body is consists of 100 billion neurons. The system is divided into 2 main system, the peripheral and the central nervous systems. The peripheral is made of all the nerve and the wiring and the central is the one sending informations from the body and the commands. It is also use to maintain the body's homeostasis and it regulates the heartbeat and controls the muscle contractions. This systems controls your actions and feelings and the main organs are the spinal cord and brain. The disease for this is sciatic which is common condition of damage never or nerve root. This is usually caused by an inter-vertebral disc which is compress of low lumbar of the upper sacral spinal nerve root. This cause awkward lifting or twisting movement and it can have a severe burning or stabbing pain of the nerve. Any damaged that is done to the neurons system can cause permanent impairment. This systems works with the muscle and the circulatory as it needs help moving around and needing oxygen transported.
Muscular System:
The Muscular System are made of cells and fibers. These muscles are about 1/3 to 1/2 of our body mass. The main job for this is providing movement for the body. The Muscular System is consists of 3 types of muscles tissue: cardiac, skeletal and smooth. The cardiac muscles is the muscle of the heart and it striated and contracts though sliding filament. This system is different from others as it forms branching fibers and it is attached together. The skeletal muscles is composed of long muscle fibers and it makes up 40% of an adult weight and their are about 650 skeletal muscle. Although the nervous controls the muscles this system is automatic because the skeletal is called voluntary muscle. The smooth muscle are our internal organs and it is control by the nervous system and hormones. They are found in the gallbladder, arteries, veins and urinary bladder. The digestive tract is also made of smooth muscle. This system cannot control this muscle so it is called involuntary muscle. The disease for this is polymyositis is an inflammatory and its connective tissue disease that cause weakness and muscle atrophy. The muscular works with the skeletal as it moves the bones.
The Muscular System
Skeletal System:
The Skeletal System is all the bones in your body and the tissues as the ligaments, tendons and the cartilage that connects them. The main job of Skeletal System is that it provides protections and support for the body and without the bones in your body you would collapse and its strong bones. The bones also provides the structure for our muscles to attach so our body can move. The tendons are tough inelastic bands that hold the attach muscle to bone. The skeletal provides protections for the eyes, lungs, hears, brain and spinal cord. The skull helps provides protection for eyes and brain and the ribs provides protections for the heart, lung, spine, backbone and spinal cord. An adult has 206 bones and at birth you had 300 bones and as you get older they become more harder. The bone is made of the outer hard layer and this protects the morrow and the bone marrow is responsible for making blood cells. The disease for this is sprains which is an injury to a ligament. This results from a stretches or tears of the tissue of the ligaments. It is usually painful. It will heal after few weeks unless it is serious. The skeletal works with the muscular as it helps the bones to move and contract.
Female Reproductive System:
The Reproduction System is consist of a fallopian tube, uterus, ovum, cervix, vagina and ovary. The uterus is like a pear shaped that is located at the abdomen of the women and it is a thick muscular organ. The lining of the uterus becomes thicker as it brings the blood and the nutrients together for embryo which will later develop and grow into a fetus. When the women gives birth the contract will move out the contents. this is also for the monthly discharge of the women. The cervix is the opening of the vagina. After the embryo is implanted inside it seals off everything and only let the fluids in as it surrounds the fetus and it also gets big to form a passageway for the the fetus. The fallopian tube is a pair of tubes that the eggs travel from the ovaries to the uterus. The ovum is the female egg that is used for sexual reproduction. The ovary is estimated to have 400,000 eggs stored in the ovary at birth and only one egg becomes rip each month and as puberty hits the departs from ovary then travels to the fallopian tube. This ovary is cover by a tough protective capsule that contains layers of follicle. The vagina is where the birth canal is at and its where the baby comes out.
